What this Trial Is About
Participants will visit the study site twice in a fasting state. Participants asked to consume one of the two study products in a random order. Participants will consume one serving of the study product (T = 0 minutes). Study product intake should take place within 10 minutes (+/-5 minutes). Two blood samples will be taken at baseline and then at 14 timepoints after product intake. A follow up call will take place 7 (-3/+7) days after the final study visit.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 40 years at the time of informed consent
- Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2
- Signed informed consent
- Willingness and ability to follow the study protocol
- Judged by the investigator to be in good health
You will not qualify if you...
- Any surgery or medical condition affecting protein absorption, digestion, or gastrointestinal function
- Known kidney or liver diseases affecting protein metabolism
- Use of certain systemic medications in the past 3 weeks that affect gastric acid or protein metabolism
- Known diabetes mellitus type I or II, insulin resistance, or metabolic syndrome
- Any ongoing cancer or cancer treatment (except certain skin cancers)
- Known anemia or bleeding disorders
- Blood donation within 56 days for men or 122 days for women before screening
- Strict dietary regimes or weight loss programs
- Known allergies or intolerances to cow's milk or lactose
- Pregnancy or lactation
- Current smoking, vaping, or recent smoking cessation less than 1 month prior
- Excessive alcohol use in the past 6 months
- Drug or medicine abuse
- Current eating disorders
- Use of protein, amino acid, or creatine supplements within 4 weeks prior to screening
- Known difficulties with blood drawing from a cannula
- Participation in another clinical study within 4 weeks before first visit
- Major medical or surgical events requiring hospitalization in past 3 months
- Investigator's doubts about participant's ability to comply
- Employees and family members of Danone Global Research & Innovation Center or investigational site
