Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Critically ill obstetric patients who will undergo cesarean section under neuraxial anesthesia
You will not qualify if you...
- Patient refuses to participate
- Known allergy to any study medication components
- Disturbed consciousness level
- Surgery lasting more than 90 minutes or complicated
- Severe liver dysfunction or failure
- Severe renal dysfunction or failure
- Severe thrombocytopenia with platelets less than 50
