- Patients with severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate
- Patients explicitly referred to specific departments (e.g., some transfer patients directly to the green channel)
- Patients with unstable vital signs
- Patients with potential medical problems
- Patients participating in other clinical trials
- Patients failing to follow test procedures
- Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form
