Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with stage III NSCLC who require neoadjuvant immunotherapy based on clinical guidelines
- Fully informed written consent provided
- Ability to comply with study protocol requirements
- Aged between 18 and 75 years
- Life expectancy of at least 6 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Serious diseases unsuitable for study participation, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe bone marrow suppression, or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency
- Intestinal perforation or complete intestinal obstruction
- Uncontrolled diabetes or fasting blood glucose 6 11 mmol/L on test day
- Pregnancy, potential pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Poor compliance with study requirements
