Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Scored more than 60 points on the PSQ-30 stress questionnaire
  • Healthy
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Fluent in German
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Current diagnosis of psychiatric disorders (self-reported)
  • Chronic medication use except oral contraceptives
  • Participating in another medical or psychological study
  • Suicidal tendencies indicated by PHQ-9 item 9 greater than 0
  • PHQ-9 score of 10 or higher
  • Visual impairment not corrected by glasses or contact lenses
