Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Scored more than 60 points on the PSQ-30 stress questionnaire
- Healthy
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Fluent in German
You will not qualify if you...
- Current diagnosis of psychiatric disorders (self-reported)
- Chronic medication use except oral contraceptives
- Participating in another medical or psychological study
- Suicidal tendencies indicated by PHQ-9 item 9 greater than 0
- PHQ-9 score of 10 or higher
- Visual impairment not corrected by glasses or contact lenses
