Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age ranged from 18 to 40 years old
  • Includes both males and females
  • Patients diagnosed with Grade I, II, III, or IV chondromalacia confirmed by MRI
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 19.0 and 29.0
  • Patients with unilateral or bilateral chondromalacia
  • Chronic symptoms lasting more than 3 months
  • Positive knee pain according to the patellar Grind Test
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients who have undergone knee replacement
  • Patients who received intra-articular injection in the affected knee within the past 3 months
  • Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory arthritis
  • Patients with vestibular disorders or neurological conditions
