Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female.
- Aged 70 years and over.
- Diagnosis of primary operable colorectal cancer with planned curative surgery.
- Scheduled to undergo elective surgery for cancer.
- Has mental capacity to provide consent.
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with unresectable cancer.
- Patients presenting as an emergency.
- Patients receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery.
