Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Heart failure with NT-proBNP >600 pg/ml at least once in history
  • NYHA-Class II-IV with reduced, mildly reduced, or preserved ejection fraction
  • Age 18 years or older
  • Willingness to participate with signed informed consent
  • Ownership of a pedometer device (smartwatch, activity tracker, smartphone app, or analog pedometer)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Disease or disability preventing physical activity
  • Hospitalization due to heart failure within the last three months
