Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Heart failure with NT-proBNP >600 pg/ml at least once in history
- NYHA-Class II-IV with reduced, mildly reduced, or preserved ejection fraction
- Age 18 years or older
- Willingness to participate with signed informed consent
- Ownership of a pedometer device (smartwatch, activity tracker, smartphone app, or analog pedometer)
You will not qualify if you...
- Disease or disability preventing physical activity
- Hospitalization due to heart failure within the last three months
