Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 15 to 30 years
- Patients of any gender
- Diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis in mature mandibular molars
- Tooth responds positively to cold test
- Tooth is restorable
- No internal or external resorption or periapical lesions
- Soft tissues around the tooth are normal with no swelling or sinus tract
- Patients free from systemic diseases affecting healing
- Patients willing to consent and commit to follow-up
- Patients have mature root
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with immature roots
- Bleeding after 10 minutes not controlled after total pulpotomy
- Patients with periapical lesions or infections
- Pregnant females
- Patients with fistula or swelling
- Patients with necrotic pulp
