- Healthcare personnel working in a rural environment
- Healthcare personnel who know how to use the TRAK tool
- Healthcare personnel who have a device to use the tool
- Healthcare personnel who have an email address
- Healthcare personnel who have an internet connection
- Healthcare personnel who have signed the informed consent form
- Patients aged 18 years or older
- Patients who are seniors
- Patients with shoulder pain lasting more than 6 months
- Patients who have a device to use the TRAK tool
- Patients who have an internet connection
- Patients who have an email address
- Patients who have signed the informed consent form
