What this Trial Is About

This clinical trial studies two groups in rural settings healthcare personnel and patients with shoulder pain lasting more than six months. The research aims to assess how usable and satisfying the TRAK tele-rehabilitation tool is for both groups. The study seeks to compare this digital approach with conventional rehabilitation exercises typically done at home. Patients with shoulder pain will be randomly assigned to either use the TRAK platform for eight weeks or follow a paper-based exercise protocol based on usual care. Healthcare professionals will use the TRAK tool throughout the study to prescribe exercises, monitor progress, and communicate with patients. Exercise frequency is personalized by healthcare providers, ranging from 3 to 7 days per week. Participants will complete quality of life and shoulder function assessments at the start and end of the study. Researchers will also gather feedback on the telemedicine usability and satisfaction after eight weeks. The study includes baseline health assessments, questionnaires, and a final face-to-face visit to evaluate outcomes and overall experience with the interventions.
