This study intends to collect ophthalmologic examination results, pulmonary examination results and related indexes from patients with pulmonary disease and control populations, and combine big data analysis and artificial intelligence technology to explore whether new methods can be provided for early screening strategies for pulmonary disease with the aid of ophthalmologic examination, and thus assist in identifying the types of pulmonary disease and determining disease prognosis.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older, or under 18 if able to cooperate with examinations and accompanied by a guardian
- Have respiratory-related diseases and are undergoing pulmonary examination, or volunteer through recruitment
- Expected to live for at least 3 months
- No serious underlying diseases or history of serious eye disease
- Able to cooperate with ophthalmologic and pulmonary examinations and attend regular follow-ups
- Provided informed consent and voluntarily signed the consent form
- Other conditions deemed suitable by the investigator
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to complete ophthalmology or pulmonary examinations or regular follow-ups due to serious diseases, trauma, or surgery (including severe eye diseases like uncorrectable poor vision, ocular atrophy, or severe eye clouding preventing fundus photography)
- Poor compliance due to alcohol or drug dependence or mental disorders
- Did not provide informed consent
- Other conditions judged unsuitable by the investigator
