Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 45 and 65 years
  • Diagnosed with chronic respiratory diseases requiring pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Signed informed consent form
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Current tracheostomy
  • Use of home oxygen therapy or ventilators
  • Diagnosed with severe left heart failure (NYHA class III-IV)
  • Diagnosed with neuromuscular diseases
  • Acute exacerbation of COPD within the past three months
  • Unable to perform cardiopulmonary exercise testing
