During the study, participants will undergo skin assessments including photography in five positions, dermoscopy, and blood tests. Researchers will monitor telomere length and skin aging profiles over one year. The main outcomes include leucocyte telomere length, clinical examination results based on the Glogau scale, and DPAS scores. Participants may also receive lifestyle counseling. The study includes monitoring signs of skin aging and sun exposure habits.
