Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histological diagnosis of lung microcytoma
- Age 18 years or older
- Performance status according to ECOG 0-2
- Extensive disease at the time of first line oncological treatment
- Initial staging and restaging after chemo-immunotherapy with CT, CT-PET FDG, and brain MRI
- At least partial response after chemo-immunotherapy according to the Impower 133 scheme
- Haematological and respiratory toxicity less than or equal to grade 1, other toxicities less than or equal to grade 2 at the time of radiotherapy
- Pulmonary function tests compatible with irradiation: FEV ≥1.2 l or >40%, DLCO ≥50%
- Written informed consent

- Previous radiotherapy treatment at the thoraco-mediastinal level
- Disease progression after chemo-immunotherapy treatment
