- Diagnosed with moderate to severe dry eye syndrome (DES) refractory to artificial tears.
You will not qualify if you...
- Active ocular infection.
- Recent ocular surgery.
- Systemic immunosuppressive therapy.
- History of allergy to blood-derived products.
