Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Males and females, aged 18 years and older
- Willing and able to give written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Emergency (non-elective) admission within 24 hours before the study
- Pregnant women or women of childbearing potential who cannot confirm they are not pregnant
- Unable to lie flat on back or left side as required for standard transthoracic echocardiography exam
- Currently participating in a clinical trial involving interventional cardiac devices
- Prior echocardiogram with low or poor quality images reported
- Body mass index (BMI) above 40
- Experiencing a known or suspected acute cardiac event
- Severe chest wall deformity based on medical records and examination
- History of pneumonectomy
- Anatomical conditions preventing diagnosable standard echocardiography clips, such as situs inversus with dextrocardia or single ventricle anatomy due to congenital heart disease
