Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older at the time of consent
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Documented diagnosis of multiple myeloma by IMWG criteria
- Received at least 3 prior lines of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor, immunomodulatory drug, and anti-CD38 antibody
- Evidence of progressive disease per IMWG criteria
- Measurable disease at screening
- Adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function at screening
You will not qualify if you...
- History of significant toxicity from prior CAR T-cell or T-cell engaging therapies
- History of non-hematologic cancer unless disease-free for 2 or more years with some exceptions
- Significant heart, neurological, or psychiatric conditions
- Serious active or uncontrolled infection
- Active or recent (within 2 years) autoimmune disease
- Active plasma cell leukemia at screening
- Clinical evidence of dementia, altered mental status, stroke, brain hemorrhage, or seizures within 6 months before consent
- Known or suspected central nervous system involvement by multiple myeloma
- Other significant medical conditions as defined by the protocol
