Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with idiopathic coxa antetorta with femoral neck anteversion greater than 30 degrees
- Children aged between 8 and 12 years
- Able to actively participate in a 60-minute ballet class
- Able to communicate pain or discomfort
- Able to attend training, testing, and follow-up sessions
- No mental or cognitive limitations that affect decision-making or participation
You will not qualify if you...
- Surgery within 6 months before starting the study or planned surgery during the study
- Known cardiovascular or lung diseases without medical clearance for exercise
- Neurological or other musculoskeletal conditions
- Ballet training completed within the last 12 months
- Pregnancy
