A single-center, randomized trial will be conducted in order to compare three Endoscopic Gastroplasty (EG) techniques in obese patients (BMI 30-44.99 kg/m2) at Gastroenterology and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit, Mater Olbia Hospital, Qatar Foundation Endowment \& Gemelli Foundation, Italy in period June 2020 - August 2024, with the aim to compare the efficacy and safety of these procedures.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years old
- Written informed consent to undergo an Endoscopic Gastroplasty
- Ability to understand and follow the study protocol
- Obesity with BMI 30-34.99 kg/m2 with previous failed diet attempts and obesity-related diseases
- Obesity with BMI 35-39.99 kg/m2 with previous failed diet attempts, with or without obesity-related diseases
- Obesity with BMI 40-44.99 kg/m2 with previous failed diet attempts, with or without obesity-related diseases and not fit for surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- No consent or inability to provide informed consent
- Conditions preventing compliance with study instructions
- Previous surgical or endoscopic bariatric treatments
- Allergy or intolerance to study medications
- Pregnant, nursing, or women of childbearing potential not using contraception
- Life-threatening conditions
