What this Trial Is About

This research aims to identify actionable molecular changes in patients with advanced solid tumors or blood cancers. It focuses on using next generation sequencing and immunological profiling to provide a detailed biological picture of each patient's tumor. The goal is to help doctors personalize cancer treatments by matching tumor characteristics with targeted therapies in early phase clinical trials. Participants will have new tumor biopsies and blood samples collected for genetic profiling. Frozen and paraffin embedded tumor materials, either from archival or new biopsies, will be used alongside four blood samples to assess molecular markers. Results from this profiling will be reviewed by a multidisciplinary tumor board to guide therapy decisions. Patients with identified molecular alterations may be offered participation in early phase clinical trials at Institut Bergonié or other French hospitals. Throughout the study, researchers will monitor the proportion of patients with at least one genomic alteration within one month. They will also track how molecular profiling information is used for treatment decisions, safety of biopsy procedures, and screening failure rates. Patients will be followed until death or study completion. Participation may last several months with ongoing evaluation of molecular data and clinical outcomes.
