Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Informed consent given to participate in the study
- Diagnosed with liver echinococcosis and planned for conservative surgical treatment
- Completed all required preoperative diagnostic procedures
- Complete documentation of surgical intervention details including type and location of cyst, surgical method, and management of biliary fistula
- Availability of detailed postoperative data including patient condition, drainage details, complications, treatment methods, hospital stay duration, and follow-up data up to 3 months
- No other medical conditions that could influence surgical outcomes

- Age under 18 years
- Declined to participate in the study
- Echinococcosis affecting areas outside the liver without liver involvement
- Missing full preoperative diagnostic data
- Inability to objectively analyze surgical treatment features
- Incomplete postoperative monitoring data during hospital stay or follow-up period up to 3 months
- Presence of other medical conditions that may affect surgery results
