Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days)
- Age between 18 and 30 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Neuromuscular or neurodegenerative disease
- Gut disorders
- Circadian sleep disorders
- Prescription medications affecting sleep
- Recovering from physical injury
- Taking hormonal birth control
