You may qualify if you...

  • Regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days)
  • Age between 18 and 30 years
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Neuromuscular or neurodegenerative disease
  • Gut disorders
  • Circadian sleep disorders
  • Prescription medications affecting sleep
  • Recovering from physical injury
  • Taking hormonal birth control
