AI-Summary
What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating the Balanced Progressive Intensity Training (BPIT) 5-Line Principle, a 5-week supervised exercise program designed for healthy adults aged 18 to 65 years. The study focuses on how this training method influences functional movement efficiency, joint mobility, postural control, strength adaptation, and heart rate variability while tracking safety and individual responses to exercise intensity. Participants will engage in 3 to 5 supervised BPIT sessions per week, progressing through five levels of intensity based on anatomical landmarks and ground reaction forces. These levels include Ground-Based (Low), Knee-Level (Low-Moderate), Standing (Moderate), Head-Level (Moderate-High), and Plyometric (High-Impact) training. The entire program lasts five weeks, applying a structured increase in exercise challenge. Throughout the study, participants will undergo assessments at baseline and after five weeks, including functional movement screening, balance tests, strength measures, joint range of motion, and pain evaluation. Weekly monitoring will track resting heart rate variability and any training-related discomfort or minor injuries. The study aims to measure improvements in movement efficiency and neuromuscular adaptation while ensuring participant safety during the training period.
