Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age equal or more than 40
  • Age equal or less than 80
  • Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting due to multi-vessel coronary artery disease
  • Patients who agree to participate in the study
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction less than 25%
  • Intractable ventricular arrhythmia
  • Previous cancer treatment
  • Infectious disease
  • Planned combined cardiac surgery
  • Medical co-morbidity with expected survival less than 1 year
  • History of previous cardiac surgery
  • Chronic renal failure requiring dialysis
  • Emergency operation planned
