Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older at the time of consent
- Able to speak, read, and understand English
- Diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with one of the following: advanced/metastatic disease currently receiving immunotherapy alone; locally advanced disease currently receiving immunotherapy alone after thoracic radiation; or post-resection receiving immunotherapy alone after completing all other perioperative treatment
- Planned to continue immunotherapy for at least three months after enrollment
- Completed at least two cycles of immunotherapy
- Self-reported cancer-related fatigue impacting daily function
You will not qualify if you...
- Received chemotherapy (including maintenance pemetrexed) within the past 3 months
- Received radiation therapy within the past 3 months, except for a short course of palliative radiation therapy (up to 20 Gy in up to 5 fractions)
- Diagnosis of dementia
- Anemia with hemoglobin less than 10 g/dL
- Sarcopenia currently treated with prescribed appetite stimulants (e.g., megestrol)
- Untreated hypothyroidism
- Symptomatic heart failure
- Oxygen-dependent lung disease
- Unable to complete interviews due to cognitive impairment per investigator
