- Male or female
- Any age, adult or child
- Carrier of a constitutional or mosaic alteration of the PTEN gene confirmed by Institut Bergoni�e9's genetics laboratory
- Informed of genetic diagnosis
- Informed and not opposed to participation
- Affiliated with French social security as required by French research law
You will not qualify if you...
- Under guardianship or curatorship, except participants with autism
- Deprived of liberty by judicial or administrative decision
- Under psychiatric care or admitted to health or social establishment for non-research reasons, except participants with autism
