Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 18 to 70 years with confirmed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, thoracic aortic dilatation, or radiation-induced heart disease
- Being seen for a comprehensive cardiac evaluation at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus to define a treatment plan
- Patient or their support person has the equipment and internet access to complete emailed questionnaires
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous surgery or planned surgery in the next 9 months for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or thoracic aortic dilatation
- Inability or unwillingness to follow study requirements as judged by the investigator
- Unable to provide informed consent
