Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants must be experts in Cardiothoracic Surgery Critical Care Medicine to assess training needs
- Experts must have practiced for at least 5 years
- Experts must spend at least 50% of their practice time in cardiothoracic intensive care units
- Participants must have completed a critical care fellowship in administration, education, or research roles

- Participants who lack sufficient experience in cardiothoracic critical care based on the above criteria will be excluded
