Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Over the age of 21
  • Caregiver for a family member or friend diagnosed with dementia in the last 6 months
  • Access to an electronic device and/or broadband internet
  • Able to speak and understand English
  • Caregivers do not need to live with the care recipient
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Considering moving the person living with dementia to an institutional setting within the next 6 months
