The registry includes patients with Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, and indeterminate colitis. Its purpose is to evaluate the quality of care, disease activity, treatment effectiveness, safety, and economic aspects under everyday clinical conditions. CEDUR operates as a multicenter, web-based observational registry gathering information prospectively from both physicians and patients. It collects clinical data, quality of life reports, treatment patterns, and safety outcomes over long-term follow-up. The registry supports assessing cost-effectiveness and outcomes of therapies in routine healthcare settings. Participants provide data through clinical visits and questionnaires over up to 10 years. Researchers measure disease activity using tools like the Crohns Disease Activity Index and Mayo Scores, along with patient-reported outcomes such as quality of life and fatigue assessments. Safety is monitored by tracking adverse events, while treatment persistence and changes in disease activity are also recorded throughout the study duration.
