Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Older adults aged 60 years or older living in nursing homes
- Pre-frail or frail according to the Fried Frailty Phenotypes
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to sit unassisted on a chair or in a wheelchair
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed severe cardiometabolic, respiratory, or musculoskeletal disorders
- Conditions that prevent participation in the intervention or assessments
- Participation in any other clinical trials
