The aim of this project is to use autologous haematopoietic stem cell transfusion support to promote the reconstruction of haematopoietic function after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. To explore the impact of stored haematopoietic stem cell support therapy on bone marrow protection after conventional chemotherapy for ovarian cancer in order to facilitate its clinical application.

Age: 18Years - 60Years

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Women aged 18 to 60 years
  • Indicated for chemotherapy for ovarian cancer
  • Ovarian cancer diagnosis confirmed by histopathology
  • Have recurrent or metastatic ovarian cancer
  • ECOG performance status score of 1 or less
  • Expected survival time more than 3 months
  • Pre-menopausal women or post-menopausal for at least 12 months with negative serum pregnancy test
  • Agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after treatment
  • Voluntarily agree to participate and able to complete study procedures and follow-up
  • Good bone marrow function with ability to undergo stem cell mobilization and collection
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients with bone marrow disease
  • Presence of central nervous system, meningeal, bone, or bone marrow metastases confirmed by imaging or pathology
  • Severe cardiac insufficiency
  • Prior allogeneic stem cell or organ transplantation
  • Active bleeding or autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura
  • Contraindications to chemotherapy
  • HIV positive
  • Active acute or chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
