Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participant works at, attends, or is the legal guardian of a child attending University of Chicago Charter Schools - North Kenwood Oakland or Donoghue elementary schools
- Child participant has a diagnosis of asthma or parent participant is legal guardian of a child with asthma
- Adult stakeholders are 18 years or older

- Participant declines or is unable to provide consent or assent
- Participant does not speak or read English
- Participant has already enrolled in the study
