The overall goal of this study is to understand how common conditions in childhood develop and if by providing specific health education and resources to parents/caregivers we can promote healthy development. This study will provide information and instruction on several aspects of infant care including, sleep, nutrition, building a healthy relationship with your baby, and healthy screen time use.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Parent or guardian must understand and provide informed consent
- Infant younger than 26 weeks of age at enrollment
- Willing to be randomized to either intervention or control group
- Infant in good general health based on medical history
- Willingness to follow all study procedures and be available for the study duration
- Infant assigned male or female sex at birth
You will not qualify if you...
- Infant born before 28 weeks gestation
- Medical conditions preventing introduction of solid foods, like swallowing problems or malformations
- Medical conditions requiring special diets, such as congenital heart disease or metabolic disorders
- Caregivers unwilling to introduce peanut, milk, egg, or cashew
- Inability to provide informed consent in English or Spanish
- Plans to move away from study sites before the infant is 12 months old
- Investigator considers the participant or guardian unsuitable for the study
- Infant has a sibling already enrolled in the study
