Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Be less than 21 years of age at the time of enrollment
  • Have a diagnosis of a specific cancer predisposition syndrome (CPS), whether or not cancer has developed
  • Diagnosis can be based on clinical lab testing showing pathogenic or likely pathogenic germline variants, established clinical diagnostic criteria, or high suspicion with uncertain lab results
  • Biologic parents of a primary subject with a familial CPS diagnosis or obligate diagnosis
  • Adult biologic siblings of a primary subject with a familial CPS diagnosis or obligate diagnosis
  • Biologic parents or siblings of a primary subject without a CPS diagnosis (unaffected family members)
  • Family members with a diagnosis or obligate diagnosis of the familial CPS (documentation requested but not required)
  • More than one child from a family may be enrolled as a primary subject
  • Unaffected siblings may be reclassified as primary subjects if diagnosed with CPS in childhood

You will not qualify if you...

  • Individuals with a strong personal or family history of cancer but without a genetic or clinical diagnosis of a specific CPS are not eligible for enrollment
