Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be less than 21 years of age at the time of enrollment
- Have a diagnosis of a specific cancer predisposition syndrome (CPS), whether or not cancer has developed
- Diagnosis can be based on clinical lab testing showing pathogenic or likely pathogenic germline variants, established clinical diagnostic criteria, or high suspicion with uncertain lab results
- Biologic parents of a primary subject with a familial CPS diagnosis or obligate diagnosis
- Adult biologic siblings of a primary subject with a familial CPS diagnosis or obligate diagnosis
- Biologic parents or siblings of a primary subject without a CPS diagnosis (unaffected family members)
- Family members with a diagnosis or obligate diagnosis of the familial CPS (documentation requested but not required)
- More than one child from a family may be enrolled as a primary subject
- Unaffected siblings may be reclassified as primary subjects if diagnosed with CPS in childhood
You will not qualify if you...
- Individuals with a strong personal or family history of cancer but without a genetic or clinical diagnosis of a specific CPS are not eligible for enrollment
