You may qualify if you...
- Age over 50, or age over 18 with one of the following conditions: history of diabetes, high blood pressure, ischemic heart disease, stroke, peripheral artery disease, atrial fibrillation, or heart failure
- Agree to participate
- Followed at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine
You will not qualify if you...
- Unwilling to participate
- Kidney transplant recipient or previous kidney transplantation
