Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Documented heavy prenatal alcohol exposure with a diagnosis of FAS, partial FAS, or ARND
  • Participant is between 8 and 17 years old
  • An available parent or legal guardian capable of giving informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Substance abuse in the participant
  • Presence of neurological conditions or other developmental disorders
  • Serious psychiatric disorders affecting brain function and cognitive performance
  • Birthweight less than 1500 grams
  • Contraindications to MRI
  • Contraindications to transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS)
