Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically confirmed prostate cancer
- Age 18 years or older
- ECOG performance status of 0-1
- Ability to understand and willingness to sign informed consent
- Willingness to provide serial blood samples
- Willingness to provide tumor tissue from prostatectomy or biopsy for correlative studies
- Primary cohort: High-risk localized prostate adenocarcinoma with clinical stage 63 cT3a, Grade Group 4 or 5 (Gleason sum 8-10), and PSA 63 20; non-bulky pelvic lymphadenopathy and indeterminate imaging findings allowed if surgery is appropriate
- Exploratory cohort: Men with localized prostate adenocarcinoma on active surveillance, biochemically-recurrent prostate adenocarcinoma after local therapy, hormone-sensitive metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma, or metastatic CRPC
You will not qualify if you...
- History of another primary cancer within the last 3 years except non-melanomatous skin cancer
- Receiving androgen deprivation or other systemic therapy for prostate cancer
- Medical or social conditions that may prevent adherence to the study protocol
