Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histopathologically confirmed prostate cancer and clinically confirmed castration-resistant prostate cancer
- Complete and reliable medical history and records
- No other primary tumors except castration-resistant prostate cancer
- Blood tests, liver function, kidney function, and electrocardiogram are basically normal
- ECOG performance status score between 0 and 3
- Age 18 years or older and younger than 90 years
- Good compliance and able to accept regular follow-up
You will not qualify if you...
- History of malignant tumor other than prostate cancer within the past 5 years
- Severe laboratory abnormalities that risk patient safety or study integrity
- Severe underlying diseases that prevent tolerating therapy
- Acute diseases such as infection or active bleeding
- Recent participation in other clinical trials without completing washout period
- Inability to tolerate systemic heat stress, e.g., claustrophobia
- History of allergy to study drugs
- Any other reasons determined by the study doctor that prevent enrollment
