Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Men and women aged 18 years or older
- Histologically confirmed BRAFV600E metastatic colorectal cancer, chemotherapy-naive or started first-line chemotherapy (except encorafenib-cetuximab)
- Available tumor tissue sample before inclusion with sufficient tissue for biological studies; fine-needle aspirations not allowed
- Known or under analysis mismatch repair/microsatellite status
- Signed informed consent or consent confirmed by a trusted person if unable
- Willing and able to comply with study procedures
- Affiliated to or benefiting from a social security system
You will not qualify if you...
- Having another cancer requiring treatment or influencing prognosis
- Follow-up cannot be assured by the investigator or team
- Any condition jeopardizing participation, including lack of contraception for those with child-bearing potential, pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Persons deprived of liberty or under protective custody or guardianship
