Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients undergoing elective lung surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
- Age over 18 years, any gender
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status level I to III
- Use of rocuronium bromide for neuromuscular blockade
- Voluntary participation in the trial
You will not qualify if you...
- Refusal to participate in the trial
- Family history of malignant hyperthermia or allergies to sodium sulbactam, neostigmine ingredients, or anesthesia drugs
- Presence of tracheal malformations or suspected difficult airway
- Coagulation disorders, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or severe lung disease
- Patients not extubated and sent to ward or ICU after surgery
- Any other factors deemed unfavorable by researchers for participation
