You may qualify if you...
- Clinical diagnosis of insomnia disorder
- Willingness to cooperate and complete questionnaire surveys
You will not qualify if you...
- Current use of central nervous system stimulants
- Use of analgesics, theophylline preparations, or steroid medications
- Alcohol abuse or regular alcohol intake
- Diagnosis of other sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, or restless legs syndrome
- Sleep disorders caused by organic diseases such as epilepsy, diabetes, or renal failure
