The goal of this single-center prospective observational study is to identify and evaluate new biomarkers for ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) to aid in early diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and prognosis prediction in affected patients. This study aims to develop a comprehensive biomarker-based prediction model to enhance the diagnosis and management of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease confirmed by clinical symptoms and imaging, including transient ischemic attack, cerebral ischemic stroke, steal syndrome, and chronic cerebral hypoperfusion
- Healthy individuals matched by sex and age as controls
You will not qualify if you...
- Evidence of cerebral hemorrhage on brain CT or MRI (excluding ischemic stroke with hemorrhage transformation)
- Severe systemic disease with life expectancy less than 3 months
- Inability to provide continuous follow-up information
