Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography or CTA with at least one artery narrowing greater than 50%
- Hypertension defined as systolic blood pressure 60;140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 60;90 mmHg without antihypertensive drugs
- Clear history of organic heart disease, heart failure symptoms, and objective evidence of heart failure
- Diagnosis of cardiomyopathy including dilated, hypertrophic, or restrictive types
- Ability to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Age less than 18 years or greater than 80 years
- Presence of any malignant tumors
- Liver dysfunction with ALT or total bilirubin over three times the normal limit
- Renal insufficiency with blood creatinine exceeding 1.5 times the normal limit
- Participation in other clinical studies within the past three months
- Lack of legal capacity or limited legal capacity
- Any condition deemed unsuitable for study participation by the researcher
