Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 18 years of age
- Individuals affected with ALS or a related neurodegenerative disease (sporadic or familial)
- Unaffected individuals from familial ALS pedigrees, including pre-symptomatic individuals at genetic risk for ALS or individuals from pedigrees of ALS related diseases
- Healthy controls
- Able and willing to comply with relevant procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of any condition or situation that could confound study findings or interfere significantly with participation and compliance, including but not limited to neurological, psychological, or medical conditions such as multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, or myelopathy
