Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 18 to 80 years
  • Locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma confirmed by histopathology or cytology (stage III-IV)
  • At least one measurable lesion according to RECIST 1.1 criteria
  • Suitable for one cycle of gemcitabine combined with nituzumab
  • No history of other malignant tumors except cured skin cancer and stage 0 cervical cancer
  • Normal liver, kidney, and bone marrow function within specified laboratory limits
  • Good physical condition with ECOG performance status 0 to 2 and no severe cardiopulmonary complications
  • Adequate major organ functions
  • Predicted survival of at least 3 months after treatment
  • Signed informed consent before radiotherapy
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Use of monoclonal antibodies, EGFR-TKI therapy, anti-angiogenic drugs, or immunosuppressants within 6 months
  • Uncontrolled pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, ascites, gastrointestinal bleeding, or high bleeding risk within 14 days prior to admission
  • Participation in other interventional clinical trials within 30 days prior to screening
  • Organ dose limits cannot be met safely
  • Chronic steroid hormone therapy longer than 6 months or prednisone dose over 10 mg/day
  • Allergy to study drugs or their components
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • AIDS or active syphilis
  • Serious uncontrolled comorbidities or substance abuse preventing trial participation
  • Poor compliance or inability to complete treatment or follow-up
  • Contraindications to radiotherapy
  • Limited legal capacity
  • Any medical history or condition judged by the investigator to interfere with trial results or increase patient risk
  • Inability or unwillingness to understand or consent to treatment protocol
