- Is medically healthy with no clinically significant medical history, physical examination, clinical laboratory profiles, vital signs, and electrocardiogram (ECG)

- Has history of cancer (malignancy)
- Positive results for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), or hepatitis C virus (HCV)
