What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating a management process for renal anemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. The study aims to determine if this management process can improve the hemoglobin compliance rate better than traditional anemia management by primary doctors. The goal is to promote this system at the grassroots level, helping primary doctors follow anemia management guidelines and improve care standards for these patients. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: one receiving standardized guidance for anemia treatment by grassroots doctors using the maintenance hemodialysis renal anemia management process, and the other receiving experiential treatment by grassroots doctors. The study will compare these approaches over a one-year period. During the study, participants will be monitored for changes in their renal anemia compliance rate over one year. Researchers will track adherence to treatment guidelines and evaluate the effectiveness of the management process. The study involves regular assessments to ensure proper anemia management and to support improvements in patient care.
