Coexistence of Cerebral and Coronary Atherosclerosis in Acute Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease Patients Registry (CoCCA) is a single-center observational registry of patients hospitalized for acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease (AICVD) with atherosclerotic changes in both cerebral and coronary arteries. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
- Less than 30 days since onset of ischemic stroke or TIA symptoms
- Cerebral atherosclerosis confirmed by vascular ultrasound, CT angiography, MR angiography, or digital subtraction angiography
- Coronary atherosclerosis confirmed by CT angiography, MR angiography, digital subtraction angiography, myocardial ischemia symptoms confirmed by electrocardiogram, echocardiography, or cardiac MR, or history of percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass graft
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of malignant tumors, poor organ function, or hematologic diseases with life expectancy less than 5 years
- Refusal to participate in the research
