Researchers are evaluating a group program called Cog Fun Ageing for older adults with Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD), a condition where people feel their memory is worsening despite normal test results. This program aims to understand if the intervention is practical and acceptable, if assessments can capture the unique challenges of SCD, and whether the program can improve participants' daily life perceptions, mental health, and quality of life. The intervention involves 14 weekly group sessions lasting 120 minutes each, led by experienced occupational therapists. These sessions focus on understanding the bio-psycho-social factors of SCD and teaching strategies to manage the challenges caused by perceived memory decline. The study assesses participant satisfaction and changes in how SCD affects their lives before and after the intervention. Participants will complete assessments including the Memory Impact Questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire-4, CASP-12, and Engagement in Meaningful Activities Survey before starting and after finishing the 14-week program. The study will track adherence, satisfaction, and preliminary effects on mental health and quality of life. Participation lasts for the full duration of the 14 weekly sessions.
